What to Expect
Disputes are handled with the upmost care and efficiency as soon as they are received. Our dispute researcher will use the information provided on your Dispute Form verify your dispute and update your background report accordingly.
In general, the results of a dispute will be completed within thirty (30) days upon receipt of the dispute. Disputes are given priority with our researcher once received so we will return the results sooner whenever possible. If additional information is required in order to proceed with a dispute, completion time may vary.
You can receive a free copy of your background report by calling us at 1-877-929-7878. If you need assistance completing the Dispute Form, please contact us or your prospective employer.
